Robotastic

​Join Professor Wiggle (aka Michael Auden) for this fun party making your very own robot with upcycled parts. Professor Wiggle will show you how to put together all your pieces using a screwdriver & small hammer. All the parts are provided, however feel free to bring along your own bits & bobs from broken objects from your home. These could include old wooden spoons, old leather belts, broken jewellery, found trinkets and old timber- just use your imagination!
Robot sculpture workshops involve:
  • Sparking your imagination
  • Developing your creative skills
  • Encouraging lateral thinking
  • Building confidence
  • Collaboration and communication with colleagues
  • fun and cooperative play
Your workshop facilitator, Michael Auden has a passion for building fun, quirky robot characters.  He finds building robots from recycled materials relaxing, creative and inspiring.  Join Michael at a Robot Party along with your friends and colleagues.

Robot Party details

Your robot party can be held at home or in a park. 
  • All our tools are hand-held or battery-operated. 
  • We can supply tables and a gazebo if needed.
  • All materials and tools are supplied.
  • ​Children under 6 can work as a team with a parent.
  • It takes between 60 and 90 minutes to create a robot.
Building a robot is a great way to start your party - enjoy your robot while you eat cake and sing Happy Birthday.
​From $10 per person, minimum fee is $160.

Ranelagh workshops

Hi there, my son and daughter (and I) did your workshop in the school holidays and I have been meaning to contact you ever since. It was a fantastic workshop and we all enjoyed it a lot. Salvadore, George and Mr Explorer are welcome new additions to our home. Thank you. One of the best out of school worshops / classes we’ve done in a very long time. Everyone (including me) was very inspired.
​The man who gave the workshop was fantastic please pass this on to him. His passion of his love of robots shone through and made the workshop come alive. I want to come and see him and the robots that he sells.
