Bring a robot-building workshop with Professor Wiggle to your school.
Join the growing list of Tasmanian schools introducing their students to creative woodworking. This popular workshop uses the concepts of loose parts play and creativity to get students using recycled materials and hand tools to create wooden robot sculptures.
Michael has conducted robot building workshops with prep students all the way through to year 12 arts students.
Robot sculpture workshops involve:
- Sparking your imagination
- Developing your creative skills
- Encouraging lateral thinking
- Building confidence
- Collaboration and communication with colleagues
- fun and cooperative play
Kids get to use screw drivers and small hammers.
All drilling is done in advance.
No gluing or painting involved.
Just $10 per child - all resources supplied.
